William (Bob) Miller
Executive Board Chair, Murphy Construction Advisory Board
William (Bob) Miller is a graduate Architectural Engineer from the University of Miami. He has been married to his wife Catherine for 38 years and is a native Miamian. Miller spent 45 years as a contractor serving 48 states, Canada, and 12 islands of the Caribbean. Miller specialized in resorts, restaurants, hotels, and large apartments. During his tenure, his company constructed over 1,000 buildings. He is particularly proud that his company constructed  Mark Light stadium and funded the Buildlab building. Miller sold his company in 2017 and pivoted to mentoring 25 local CEOs and teaching in the Murphy Construction Program. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at the School of Architecture and the chair of the Murphy Construction Advisory Board. He is presently the treasurer of Rebuilding Together, which is based out of Washing to DC. Prior to that appointment, he held the chairmanship of Rebuilding Together Miami Dade for 20 years. He is a past president of the AGC of South Florida. 
Alan Sirkin
President, Sirkin Enterprises
Graduating from the University of Miami with a BS in Civil Engineering, in 1979 he completed his master’s degree from Georgia Tech specializing in Construction. In the early 1980’s he received his Professional Engineer certification and his State of Florida General Contractor’s License. He also studied Real Estate Development at New York University and worked for two major construction companies in New York City. Upon returning to Miami, he became Vice President for construction with Janis Properties which was developing a major community in western Kendall. After several years he purchased property in south Miami Beach and constructed two mid-high-rise condominiums. From there he started building custom homes in Coconut Grove. Currently, he heads Sirkin Enterprises which is a real estate developer and contractor. He has been a construction arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association for 30 years and was appointed by the Miami-Dade County Commission to the Environmental Quality Control Board. He is chair of the University of Miami’s College of Engineering Deans Advisory Committee. He has been a board member with the Builder’s Association of South Florida. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and authored several studies for them. He was a member of the ASCE’s Urban Drainage Committee.
Mike Murphy
Sr. Vice President, Coastal Construction 
With a construction career that spans over 55 years, Mike has played a vital role in building many of the most important and complex projects in Coastal’s history. In his current role, Mr. Murphy’s responsibilities include executive oversight of Coastal’s Quality Control/Quality Assurance, warranty, and post-construction issues. While ensuring that all projects adhere to strict specifications and meet or exceed the highest level of quality in the industry, Mike also leads multiple in-house training classes on ‘Best in Class’ practices with on-site demonstrations of proper techniques for various construction operations. He also serves as a liaison to various government agencies and municipal building departments assisting in the development of their technical construction training seminars. Mike is a state-certified general contractor and co-chairs Coastal Cares – the company’s philanthropic arm. He serves on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade and is a special advisor to Miami Bridge Home for the Children as well as A Safe Haven for Newborns.
Ana Veiga Milton 
President, José Milton Foundation
Ana Veiga Milton directs Corporate Social Responsibility for United Property Management, owners and managers of more than 9000 residential units in Florida. She also presides over the José Milton Foundation, striving to close the opportunity gap in South Florida, primarily through access to quality healthcare, research, and education opportunities. As co-founder of the Cecil & Ana Milton Family Foundation, she supports a healthy and clean environment through conservation efforts, our military, and first responders. Ana holds leadership positions and serves on various philanthropic boards, and as a double ‘Cane (engineering and law), she is incredibly proud and honored to serve as a University of Miami Trustee, working to accelerate UM’s impressive upward trajectory spanning 100 years. Ana is past president of the UM Citizens Board and a member of Iron Arrow. She is incredibly proud and honored to serve as a UM Trustee and works to help UM continue its impressive upward trajectory, parallel to our community. Ana is passionate about encouraging women and minorities to enter STEM fields and provides scholarships to graduates of the 5000 Role Models and Girl Scout Gold Awardees who choose STEM majors. Ana and her family have been recognized for their philanthropy, community engagement, and volunteerism. ▪ The UM College of Engineering presented Ana with the Dean’s Innovation Award. She was awarded Philanthropist of the Year in 2019 by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Miami and named the Latina Pioneer of the Year 2022 by Hispanic Women of Distinction. Her family’s most significant philanthropic investment to date is in support of Jackson Health, a partner of UHealth. The community recently celebrated the third anniversary of the José Milton Memorial Hospital at Jackson West, ranked in the top 5% of all US hospitals. The Milton Family’s commitment to South Florida runs deep. Ana and her husband Cecil are blessed with three community-engaged adult children, Alec, Eric, and Diana, all ‘Canes! The Milton Family resides in Coral Gables.”
Greg Wyka 
President at First Florida Constructors, LLC.
Greg Wyka has been a cornerstone of First Florida since 1996, beginning his journey by administering the construction management contract for Divi Resorts in Aruba. Over the years, he has held pivotal roles, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President, and as the President and CEO since 2016. Under his leadership, Greg has managed construction projects totaling over $3 billion and has directly overseen the construction of more than 25,000 multifamily units. He is also a two-time recipient of the prestigious University of Florida Gator 100 Award, recognizing his commitment to excellence and innovation, and positioning First Florida as one of Florida’s leading construction companies. Greg holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.

John L. Murphy
Partner, Rimon, P.C. 
John serves as a trusted advisor to help clients protect and advance their business objectives, especially in the development and finance of infrastructure projects involving the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.  John has over 27 years of experience at some of the largest global law firms helping clients navigate the complexities of structuring, negotiating, and documenting their transactions, as well as understanding their rights, duties, and options under, and developing strategies to administer and enforce, their contracts.  The foregoing includes extensive work on transactions involving multilaterals, export credit agencies, and development financial institutions in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters and projects aimed at advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals across the Western Hemisphere. Having studied abroad in Spain and lived, worked and traveled extensively in Latin America and the Caribbean, John is not only fluent in Spanish but also has familiarity with local customs and culture, market practices , and civil law and common law concepts, all of which guide him in his business-oriented approach to advising clients and helping them understand and solve complex challenges that arise in international engagements. In recognition of his knowledge, skills, and proficiency, John is board certified as a Specialist in International Law by the Florida Bar, and he is licensed to practice law in New York, Florida, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

John has significant transactional experience representing:
Investors, project sponsors, concessionaires, developers, private sector banks, and multilateral and bilateral public sector development financial institutions in the evaluation, development (including Construction Contracts under various delivery methods, O&M Agreements, and Offtake Agreements in multiple sectors), and financing of power and infrastructure projects (including Public-Private Partnerships (P3)), in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Issuers, guarantors, credit support providers, and placement agents/underwriters/arrangers in debt capital markets issuances, including 144A, Regulation S, and 4(2)(a) private placements; and arrangers, lenders, agents, borrowers, and other obligors in not only project finance but also leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance, trade finance, structured finance, and general corporate lending.

In addition to his transactional practice, John has advised on cross-border and multijurisdictional workouts and restructurings in over 10 countries, spanning the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, which has provided him with a keen awareness of critical issues in structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions.

George L. Cuesta 
Principal & Chief Financial Officer, Cuesta Construction

George L. Cuesta is the Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Cuesta Construction, a distinguished construction management and general contracting firm serving South Florida. In his leadership role, George oversees financial operations, risk management, and administrative functions, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional construction solutions across diverse sectors. With decades of experience, George has contributed to projects spanning hospitality, luxury residential and multi-family developments, professional and medical office spaces, retail centers, institutional facilities, transportation infrastructure, and public-sector initiatives. These experiences have provided him with deep insights into the construction and real estate industries, shaping his strategic approach to financial and operational management. George earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business from Florida International University’s School of Business Administration. He began his career in banking and finance, undergoing rigorous corporate credit and financial analysis training with one of the nation’s leading financial institutions. This foundational experience honed his skills in risk assessment and financial management, which continue to guide his work in the construction industry. George is deeply committed to giving back to his community and advancing the construction industry through active leadership and involvement.
